Cancellation:
In case of registration or accommodation cancellation, written notification should be sent directly to the Organising Committee. -Within 31 December 2008: The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% for administrative charges -Between 01 January 2009 and 01 April 2009: The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% for administrative charges -After 02 April 2009: No refund will be possible
